At Northcrest Digital, we value every client and strive to deliver outstanding design, development, and digital solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, project changes, and refunds are handled.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Project Initiation
Work begins once:
- A formal proposal or quote has been approved, and
- The required deposit or upfront payment has been received.
Once work has started (including research, design drafts, or development setup), the initial payment becomes non-refundable, as resources and time are immediately allocated to your project.
2. Cancellations by Client
If a project is cancelled by the client:
- Before work begins: A full refund may be issued minus any transaction or administrative fees.
- After work begins: Only partial refunds may be granted, depending on the amount of work completed.
- After completion or delivery: No refunds will be issued once final files or access credentials have been delivered.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Northcrest Digital management.
3. Cancellations by Northcrest Digital
We reserve the right to cancel a project under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Repeated failure to communicate or provide required assets/content
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Unlawful or unethical project requests
In such cases, a partial refund may be provided for any incomplete work not yet delivered.
4. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once final deliverables (such as website files, live site deployment, or design assets) have been handed over, the project is considered complete and non-refundable. Revisions or additional updates requested afterward will be treated as a new service or maintenance task.
5. Maintenance & Subscription Plans
For website maintenance or subscription-based services:
- You may cancel anytime with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are not available for unused time within an active billing period.
- Upon cancellation, all future renewals will be stopped.
6. Custom Work and Third-Party Costs
Please note:
- Any third-party services (domain names, hosting, plugins, stock assets, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.
- Custom design or coding work is billed based on time and effort, and therefore non-refundable once completed or delivered.

We’re committed to your satisfaction.
If you’re not happy with the direction or progress of your project, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and, where possible, provide revisions, replacements, or alternative solutions.
